We ship quickly! Orders are prepared and shipped worldwide from our location in New York State, USA, in 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday.

Free Shipping: In the USA, orders over $125 ship free.

Flat Rate Shipping: All orders within the USA start at $7.25 and are sent using USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Saver. You can upgrade to Priority Mail at checkout for as low as $12.95.

Delivery averages between 3-7 days in the continental US. Delivery times to Hawaii and Alaska may take significantly longer, and we recommend choosing Priority Mail for timely delivery.

Free Swatch Shipping: Swatches ship free by USPS First Class Mail.

Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping is available by request. Email us at info@frankierosefabrics.com to inquire.

Returns and Refunds

Returns
Items in their original condition may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: the fabric must be unwashed and uncut, and the patterns must be unopened and unused. Buyer pays return shipping, either by using their service of choice or requesting a return label from us, the cost of which will be deducted from the return. To initiate a return, email us at info@frankierosefabrics.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and email us at info@frankierosefabrics.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos in your email.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
