Shipping and Returns
Orders are prepared and shipped worldwide from our location in New York State, USA, within 2 business days. Customers choose which shipping method they would prefer at checkout. Within the US and Canada, we ship using USPS and UPS. Customers from outside the US and Canada can choose from USPS, UPS, and DHL. Rates are calculated by the size and weight of the package.
If we have made a mistake with your order, such as sending the wrong item or the wrong amount of fabric, please be in touch at email@example.com and we'll do our best to fix the issue right away.
All sales of fabric are final. Once fabric has been cut, we cannot accept returns, nor give refunds or exchanges. Other items may be returned as long as they are in unused, unopened, and original condition. The customer pays return shipping. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return.
We take great pains to make sure our photographs are as detailed as possible and as true to the actual color of the fabric. However, monitors and devices vary greatly in how they render color, so we cannot guarantee a perfect match between our fabric and what you see on your device. If you are not up for slight variations from what you see online, consider ordering a swatch from the product page, which ships quickly and inexpensively. It can also help to read closely over the fabric details on each product page, which will give you a great deal of information about how the fabric will look, feel, and behave.
