I’m really enjoying sewing and wearing linen blend fabrics lately and this is a good basic color that will go with several things in my wardrobe.
This is a great option for printing pdf patterns, and I will absolutely never opt to print at home at tape patterns together as long as services like this are available. I honestly prefer this option over buying paper patterns as well, because the paper is heavier and makes for a longer lasting pattern. Printing and shipping was super fast, uploading files was easy, and I think I had my order for three patterns in just a few days. Shipping and service from this shop has always been great for me. This material was lovely, light enough with great drape. One is never 100% sure when buying online, but this was perfect.
I found this pattern hard to understand. The instructions are not overly clear either. I had to spend a lot of time looking online on how to sew this skirt. I never did manage to get it right. I would have been better of making up a pattern myself from things I learnt online.
I'm sorry you struggled with this pattern, Brenda. Style Arc is notorious for excellently drafted patterns but challenging instructions.
