As far as quality of fabric goes, I think it would be considered good for medium weight twill. I ordered a swatch and watched videos and read reviews. I based my otherwise uneducated opinion on those things and bought 2 yards. I think a person needs to have an understanding of this kind of fabric in order to buy it online.
