Northern Blues is a very lightweight washed cotton linen blend fabric in a striking cornflower blue and muted brown gingham. A versatile cloth that is a great alternative to linen, it can be used for dresses, tops, loose fitting trousers and even slouchy jackets. It arrives pre-washed at the mill, with a soft hand and a fluid drape.
Not only is this fabric very beautiful, but it is also sustainable. It is Oeko-Tex certified to be free of up to 350 toxic chemicals and is made with Better Cotton Initiative cotton in Turkey.
