Fringe Top and Dress Sewing Pattern by Chalk & Notch

The Fringe top and dress has so many unique features: a sweeping curved hem, dolman sleeves, and options for a button placket or Venetian style neckline. The bodice includes two cup sizes and optional waist ties, and you can choose from cuffed or slouchy sleeves and dress or shirt length.

This is a printed sewing pattern that comes with an instructions booklet and sizes 0-30 with two bust sizes printed on pattern paper.
