Shelby Dress & Romper | Sz 0-18 | Sewing Pattern by True Bias

So '90s! The Shelby pattern is a princess-seamed dress or romper with four views. Each has a V-shaped neckline, front button opening, back waist tie.  Views A and B are dresses with a traditional short sleeve. Chose from a dress or romper, class short sleeve or cap sleeve, and mini, midi, or long lengths.

This is a printed sewing pattern that comes with an instructions booklet and sizes 0-18 printed on pattern paper.
